A simple recipe of Garlic Nutty Spaghetti that requires minimal effort and you can achieve this glorious flavour in less time than a regular meal. It will always be our go-to meal. If you are tired of cooking carbonara, pesto, etc., and love the garlic flavour, here is an easy recipe for you:

- 6 cloves of garlic
- 2 fresh parsley sprigs (only the leaves)
- 150 grams of nuts
- 135 ml of heavy cream
- salt and pepper
- 200 grams of spaghetti
Instructions
- Cook the pasta as per the package directions. When the pasta is al dente drained, reserve some cooking water to lighten the sauce later.
- Put the garlic cloves, parsley leaves, and nuts in a food processor. Let it be chopped very finely. Add the heavy cream.
- Pour the mixture over a saucepan or skillet at medium heat. Add salt and black pepper to the sauce. When it is simmering, add the cooked pasta and if you think it is too thick, add some of the cooking water until the texture is what you like. Recheck the salt and pepper and serve the nutty garlic spaghetti to enjoy with some grated parmesan cheese and your favourite glass of wine.

Notes
You can use any nuts you want to make this sauce: For the recipe in the picture, we use walnuts.
