Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 ripen bananas

Instructions

  1. Mashed the bananas with a fork in a bowl and set it aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, measure all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Whisk them well. Add the wet ingredients to the mixture: eggs, oil, milk, vanilla and bananas.
  3. preheat a pan or a non-stick pan and grease with cooking spray, melted butter or some liquid oil. Pour batter with 1/4 of a cup or an ice cream scoop. Cook until it bubbles the surface, then flip it over until it is golden brown on both sides. Continue with the remaining batter until you finish with all of them. Stack the pancakes and serve them warm.
