08 Aug Baked Fried chicken
If you love Fried Chicken Strips, this is a healthier way of doing because you don´t use oil and have more or less the same finish. I use them to eat with some salad and they are crispy good.
Ingredients:
2 Chicken breast
1 cup of flour
1 cup of panko
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of cream
salt and pepper
Prep:
- Preheat the oven at 180ºC. Prepare a baking tray with some foil paper.
- Cut the chicken breast into strips. Make sure they are more or less the same size, so they cook at the same time. Salt and pepper each side and set aside.
- Prepare 3 bowls to do the coating. One bowl with flour, another bowl with panko and the last bowl with the mixture of the eggs and cream.
- We are going to coat each strip in the following order: flour, egg mixture and panko. Do every strip and lay them over the tray.
- Bake the chicken for 25 minutes turning them over at the middle of the baking. Serve them with whatever you like and enjoy them.
