31 Jan Choco Coconut Kisses
This is a chewy and very tasteful biscuit to satisfied your sweet cravings. As a new mom, sometimes I have these sweet cravings but don´t have the time to make a very intricate recipe when I am alone with my child. So this is the perfect recipe for that. You just need a few ingredients and 15 minutes to cook in the oven.
Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk (385gr)
90 grams of bitter chocolate
2 cups of shredded coconut
2/3 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
Prep:
- Preheat the oven at 150ºC and prepare two biscuit sheets with parchment paper or grease them well.
- Combine the condensed milk and chocolate pieces in a heatproof bowl. Put it over a simmering pan and stir it until the chocolate is melted. Remove from the pan.
- Add the coconut, pecans, vanilla and salt to the mixture. Combine them well.
- With a spoon arrange the biscuits over the sheets. Bake them for 15 minutes. The biscuits will be chewy, so don´t expect to be crisp. So check them out until the bottom is golden brown.
- Enjoy them with a cup of tea or coffee and let me know if you do them.
