18 Feb Easy Blueberry pancakes
An easy way to start your day different is by preparing this quick recipe of blueberry Pancakes. You will not regret it.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup milk
2 Tablespoon vinegar
1 cup flour
3 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 tablespoon melted butter
1 cup blueberry
Prep:
- Mix the milk and vinegar and let it stand for a couple of minutes to sour it.
- Meanwhile, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. In another bowl lightly beat the egg to break it and pour it over the dry ingredients. Add the melted butter and the milk preparation. Mix well and finally add the blueberries.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and spray it with some oil or butter. Pour the pancake mixture over the pan, I use a quarter cup to more or less have the same quantity in each pancake. You can use whatever suit you better. Let it cook until it comes to some bubbles on the surface and flips it over to cook until golden. Serve them with some maple syrup.
