18 Mar Fettuccini al Funghi
A very easy and tasty recipe for a quick dinner. Better to paired with a glass of good wine and a nice chat with your partner.
Ingredients:
300 grams fettuccini
400 grams of mixed mushrooms
2 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
250 ml cream
1/2 cup of wine
1/2 teaspoon truffle salt (optional)
Salt and Pepper
Parmesan cheese to garnish
Prep:
- Cook the fettuccini as directed in the package.
- While you are cooking the pasta, you will start preparing the sauce. Heat a pan over medium heat. Pour the butter and oil (the oil prevent the butter of burning), when it is melted add the garlic and mushrooms. Add the truffle salt, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes and pour the wine. Cook for 2 minutes more to evaporate the alcohol. Finally, add the cream and mix well.
- At this time the fettuccini will be cooked and ready to serve. Put some halve of the fettuccini in each plate and add some of the sauce and garnish with parmesan cheese. Enjoy it!
