23 May Peanut Butter Biscuits
If you are a fan of peanut butter this is the biscuit for you. I love how crunchy and crumbly they are, so let me know when you try it if you agree with us.
Ingredients:
100 grams unsalted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup + 2 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
Prep:
- Preheat the oven at 180°C and prepare two baking trays with parchment paper.
- Mix butter and sugar. Add the peanut butter, vanilla and egg. Mix well. Finally, add the flour and baking soda.
- Form little balls and put them over the baking tray and press them with a fork. Bake the biscuits for 10 minutes or until golden.
