11 Feb Prawns Linguine
This is a very summery dish full of prawns and the tanginess of the lime. The thing that we love is that is a super easy recipe but I will taste like you make a lot of effort. The recipe is for two plates and a little extra pasta for our little one 🙂
Ingredients:
250 gr of linguine or the pasta of your choice.
200 gr of peeled prawn tails
1 minced garlic
olive oil
2 tbsp capers
juice of a lime
zest of a lime
a glass of white wine
salt, pepper and parmesan for topping.
Prep:
- Fill a pot with water and bring to simmer. Salt the water and cook the linguine for the time as directed on the box. Strained them when they are “al dente” and pour a splash of olive oil to prevent them to stick with each other.
- I a hot pan pour some olive oil. Add the minced garlic, sautee them and add the prawns. Keep stirring and season them with a little salt and pepper. Sprinkle them with the lime zest, capers and pour the lemon juice. Mix them well. Add the wine, let it simmer of a minute and add the past. Check the seasoning.
- Serve the pasta and garnish with some parmesan. Enjoy it and let us know if you love it as much as we do!
