30 Jul Spinach Dip
This a quick and great recipe for an appetizer, you could eat it with pita chips, water crackers or some veggies. Depends on what you like the most.
Ingredients:
250 grams of spinach
water
100 grams of bacon
100 grams of cream cheese
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
Prep:
- in a heatproof bowl put your spinach and pour some boiling water. Let it rest for 2-3 minutes and drain the water very well. Chopped the spinach very tiny and put it on a strain to drain the water as much as possible.
- Meanwhile, put in a plate the bacon between to sheets of paper towel and cook them in the microwave for 3-4 minutes or until they are crisp. Check them every minute because every microwave is different. Chopped the bacon in tiny pieces.
- Put the cream cheese in a heatproof bowl and cook in the microwave for a minute, so you can make it soft. Add the mayonnaise, bacon and spinach. Taste and add some salt if you want it. Serve it with some pita chip or veggies. Enjoy it.
