Sometimes you have a craving for something sweet but don’t want to expend a lot of time in the kitchen baking, so this type of recipe is the bomb. You put everything in a bowl, mix it and have awesome easy blueberry muffins.
I love those kinds of quick recipes when you have toddlers around looking to help in the kitchen because you can measure everything beforehand and let them pour all the ingredients one by one into the bowl. For them is super fun and you make sure to have everything right inside the muffin.
Also is a good way to introduce fruits in some fun way to your kids. These muffins are the blueberry pancake recipe is the only way he will eat blueberries for now. So for me is an extra plus for this easy blueberry muffin recipe.

Ingredients:
- all purpose flour
- baking powder
- cinnamon
- salt
- yoghurt
- eggs
- white sugar
- unsalted butter melted
- vanilla extract
- fresh blueberries
Preheat the oven to medium temperature and prepare the muffin tin with muffin cups or liners.
Measure all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and sift them over a small bowl and set them aside.
In a large bowl mix the wet ingredients: melted butter, sugar, yoghurt, eggs and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients mix well to finally incorporate the fresh blueberries.
Bake 17-20 minutes or until the toothpick. Let them cool in a wire rack for 5 minutes and enjoy them.
