16 Feb Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Tights
A very quick recipe to do in the BBQ or just in the oven if you are not in the mood to turn on the bbq. We love to use tights for this recipe because they end up being juicier.
Ingredients:
6 boneless chicken tights with skin on
2 minced garlic
1 teaspoon of minced ginger
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes (optional)
salt and pepper
Prep:
- Clean the chicken tights from the excess of fat and salt and pepper them as you usually do.
- Mix in a bowl the garlic, ginger, olive oil, teriyaki sauce and chilli flakes. Put the tights inside and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat the BBQ and cook them on indirect fire until they are almost done and then finish them in direct so you have the chargrilled flavour on top. You can make them in 180ºC oven for 25-30 minutes or until done. Enjoy them with some bake potatoes.
