Ingredients:

  • all purpose flour
  • baking powder
  • cinnamon
  • salt
  • yoghurt
  • eggs
  • white sugar
  • unsalted butter melted
  • vanilla extract
  • fresh blueberries

Preheat the oven to medium temperature and prepare the muffin tin with muffin cups or liners.

Measure all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and sift them over a small bowl and set them aside.

In a large bowl mix the wet ingredients: melted butter, sugar, yoghurt, eggs and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients mix well to finally incorporate the fresh blueberries.

Bake 17-20 minutes or until the toothpick. Let them cool in a wire rack for 5 minutes and enjoy them.
