Stir-fry chicken with mushrooms and snow peas

A stir-fry is always a good option when you want something quick for lunch or dinner. This time we did with chicken but you can use any protein you like. 

Ingredients:

1 chicken breast

250 grams of snow peas

250 grams of mushrooms

5 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 tablespoons cornflour

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon minced ginger

oil to fry

salt 

Prep:

  1. Cut the chicken breast in small cubes. Put some salt in it. Set aside. Also, cut the snow peas in half and the mushroom in slices. Set aside.
  2. Heat a wok over high temperature. Drizzle some oil over and start frying the chicken breast by batches and let it rest in a separate bowl. We will use them in the end.
  3. In the same wok drizzle the sesame oil and fry the garlic and ginger. Add the mushrooms and stir well. Add the soy sauce, honey, and dissolve the cornflour in a little water and pour over the mixture. Finally, add the snow peas and chicken cubes and let it simmer for two minutes. 
  4. Serve the stir-fry over white rice and enjoy it.
